They are responsible for the flavour profile that we enjoy when eating our favourite fruits and vegetables, and are responsible for the delightful smell in the air when walking through a field of lavender or pine trees.
Terpenes are found organically in the plant life around us but can also provide health benefits when consumed. Generally these benefits may include their ability to reduce pain, inflammation and assist with anxiety issues, amongst many others. The research on terpenes is a new and exciting field of study, showing early promise
for a variety of issues!

The Uplift blend is high in Myrcene, Limonene, Ocimene and other terpenes that are believed to show the most promising results in the area of energy and uplifting effects. Perfect for morning use to start your day off the right way or to substitute your coffee habit.
Dosage - Start with 3 drops, 3 times a day. If required titrate up until the desired effect is reached. Maximum 40 drops per day.
Storage - Store in a cool dark place below 25 degrees Celsius
